Let’s we learn how to make badge. The result will be like this.

Step 1. Create new file, I used 300 x 200 px

Step 2. Apply a background color (#2385C2) and create a circle with color #76BB13. Your image will be look like below.

Step 3. Change the blending into below

Step 4. Create a new layer, select the Polygonal Lasso Tool and change feather to 10px. Now, select the layer, make a diagonal start from the bottom-left corner and fill with black.

Step 5. Change the feather to 0px, make a selection like step 4, and click delete.

Step 6. Make some adjustment and delete the part that is remaining on the image of the shadow part.

Step 7. Delete the half of circle

Step 8. Put your image.
