Step 1. Create new document, I used 500×500 px, and transparent backgroundStep 2. Open picture

Step 3. Use Move Tool to drag picture to your new document

Step 4. Use Edit >> Free Transform to change the height and width of the image

Step 5. Activate Magic Wand Tool, and put 20 to tolerance

Step 6. Click in white background, then press delete

Step 7. Activate the cursor in Layer 1, and fill white using Paint Bucket Tool

Step 8. Duplicate layer 2

Step 9. In Layer 2 copy, Edit >> Transform >> Flip Vertical.

Step 10. Using Move Tool, move the image to under.

Step 11. Move Layer 2 Copy to under Layer 2. Like in this screenshot

Step 12. Select Layer 2 Copy, Layer >> Layer Mask >> Reveal All

Step 13. Click Gradient Tool, Select Black, White as gradient.

Step 14. Make a line same as with the picture. Don’t forget to hold Shift to make straight line.

Step 15. Change the opacity to 70%

The result will be like this
