Ice Text Effect

Step 1. Create new document.

Step 2. Fill background with black, and type text in black.

Step 3. Filter > Artistic > Plastic Warp, use this setting:

Step 4. Hit CTRL+F 8 times to repeat the filter

It will be like this:

Step 5. I recommended you to adjust image level, go to Image > Adjustment > Levels

Step 6. Change the outer glow to:

Step 7. Rotate the canvas 90 degree, Image > Rotate Canvas > 90 degree

Step 8. Apply Wind Filter, Go to Filter > Stylize > Wind..

Step 9. Rotate it again

Step 10. Ctrl + U, change to:

Step 11. Use Clone Stamp Tool to fix the parts of the text.

The result will be like this:

    Hi,

    nice one. i love it on the white background and the text is also white (wait a minute)
    But there has to be a bluish shadow, so that the text is visible. That makes it more beautiful to my eyes.
