Glamour Effect

In this tutorial we will make your photo look like the glamour shots in fashion magazines.
Step 1. Open your image, make sure the photo mode is in RGB (Image > Mode > RGB Color)
Step 2. Duplicate the layer
Step 3. Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur. Change the Radius to 3 px.
Step 4. Change the layer mode to Overlay
Done!! The result will be like this:
