In this tutorial, you will learn how to create a simple focus that also blends in with the background
Step 1. Open your image
Step 2. Using Elliptical Marquee Tool, make a circle selection. Right click and choose feather. Then use 25 - 40 for the radius. After that, inverse the selection, by right click and select inverse.
Step 3. Filter > Blur > Radial Blur.
Done!! It easy right? It just need 10 second to make this simple effect.
Nice effect, a before-after picture would be a nice touch
