Electric Glow Text

In this tutorials, you will learn how to make Electric Glow Text.
Step 1. Create a new RGB document, type your text type your text in white on black background.
Step 2. Filter > Stylize > Wind, once from the left and once from the right.
Step 3. Rotate the image 90 degree, Image > Rotate Canvas and apply Wind again once from the left and once from the right.
Step 4. Rotate the image back
Step 5. Filter > Blur > Radial Blur, change the setting to:
Step 6. Go to background layer, change the color to white. Inverse the text color, CTRL + I
Step 7. Filter > Stylize > Find Edges. Inverse the text, CTRL+ I. Change the background color to black.
Step 8. CTRL + U, then pick a color of your text.
Go to Blending Option,use this setting:
Choose the Glow Color similar to text color.
Done!! The result will be like this:
