Cartoon Background

Really simple sig, we will learn how to make cartoon background.

1. Take out your stock photo our your picture.
I will be using this: http://www.freestockphotos.com has many

2. Go to Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur and select a radius of 3.0 px

3. Go to edit>Fade Gaussian Blur.

4. Select opacity:100% and Mode: Darken
